Historic Royal Palaces chose me for a more human, energetic look to their PR images and change a more conventional collection into something that would more successfully attract young people and their parents.

I have shots stills and produced and directed films for Historic Royal Palaces over the last few years. These projects required an understanding of how best to shoot commercial imagery in an uncontrollable environment - without infringing people’s rights. Taking advantage of the speed that street photography drills into you and bringing in actors to feature in each shoot, we were able to create a strong collection of images with a modest budget.
